Spectroscopy analysis of Er3+ in the CsCdBr3 host lattice

We report optical results of Er3+ in CsCdBr3 at low temperatures. The energies of some levels are measured and the spectroscopic lines are identified. The dynamic of these luminescent levels is analysed and their population processes is determined. An up-conversion effect at room temperature is related.
