The International Conference on Nonlinear Optics and Excitation Kinetics in Semiconductors (NOEKS) is the 12th meeting in a series with an excellent tradition in bringing together leading scientists in the field of semiconductor optics. NOEKS 12 stands in this tradition by covering the most recent developments in this rapidly evolving field, which involve new materials, novel experimental techniques, and fruitful collaborations between theorists and experimentalists. There will be no parallel sessions, and the conference will provide plenty of opportunities for discussions.
