Become better at leading research - enrol in the new workshops

Sign up for one or more of the six new half-day workshops for heads of research - about, among other things, conflict management, funding strategy and management communication.
Heads of research are particularly engaged in research, but also need to be talented managers if their research group or reasearch project is to be energetic, committed and have shared objectives. We are therefore offering a series of workshops covering themes within which especially heads of research have wished to develop their competencies. The format is half-day workshops. To a large extent, the workshops will be based on the participants’ own cases in an interaction between professional input and collegial sparring.

Nye muligheder hos private fonde

Private foundations now offer new opportunities aimed at the natural sciences

Many of the larger Danish private foundations have made changes to their strategies lately, which means they now have more calls targeted the natural sciences.  This fits well with the strategy of the faculty (and KU) looking to increase its focus on grants from private foundations, to keep being able to finance significant parts of their research activities.
