How to borrow books using the Self-checkout PC

Procedure for self-loans:

1. If the screen is black hit a key to activate it
2. Select LOAN
3. Enter your password (usually your CPR-number (without a hyphen)
4. Enter your pin code (usually the last 4 digits of your CPR number)
5. Take the book and place the hand scanner as shown in the picture
6. Press the little button underneath the scanner and scan the barcode
7. You will hear a beep and see the title of the book you have borrowed
8. If you want to borrow more books, simply repeat the scanner procedure
9. When you are finished press exit and then ok
10. A loan receipt will be printed out on the printer next to the photocopier
