Help with registering publications and research

The library at the Niels Bohr Institute offers to register publications as a service for those researchers at the institute who would like us to.

Researchers at the University of Copenhagen are required to continuously register their scientific publications in the system CURIS. CURIS stands for Copenhagen University Research Information System, and is based on the registration system PURE, which is used by almost all universities in Denmark.

Deadline

The deadline for registering the year's scientific publications is March 1st of the following year and you can choose whether you want to enter the information into CURIS yourself or whether you would like help from the library.

Why register? Read more here about bibliometric research indicators and why it is important that all scientific research is registered.

How to register publications

I want to register publications myself:
• Log on to the system via KUnet >>
You can find the link to CURIS under System access
• Research registration in CURIS >>
• Instructions for CURIS: http://www.ku.dk/curis/

The library registers my publications:

  • Send an email to Kader Ahmad (ahmad@nbi.dk) with information about:
  • Journal articles: Author/authors; title, journal title, year, volume, issue, page - page.
  • Indicate whether the article is peer reviewed, published, sent to the publisher, in press.
  • Books: Author, book title, publication year, publisher, number of pages.
  • Contributions to books: Author/authors, title of the contribution, page-page, in: book title, publisher, year.

Contributions to conferences: Author/authors, title of contribution, page-page, any proceedings title, the conference title, place, year. Indicate whether it is an article or a poster session.
