Tomographic Inversion of Lg Surface Waves in Norehern Europa

To be able to improve inversion results I have constructed a MatLab function that determines the length of a ray path in each cell of a spherical grid. I have tested inversions using this function on synthetically made data to verify the correctness of the function and to test the capabilities of the inversions to handle different noise and true model situations. The function is written and works well on at least the Northern Hemisphere. Inversions is done on data acquired but the  data coverage proved to be insufficient for a proper inversion.
