Recent results from the tevatron

Speaker: Hans Jensen

The Fermilab Tevatron Collider has been delivering record luminosities of proton-antiproton collisions at 1.96 TeV in the center-of-mass system. The two large detectors - CDF and DZero - have each recorded about 2.7 inverse femtobarn of integrated luminosity. In this talk, recent results from the analysis of the data will be presented. Topics include the search for the standard model Higgs particle and the discovery of new B hadron states.
